Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets for sanitary ware products such as CPVC pipes, faucets, bathroom fixtures, water tanks, and PVCS.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new sales opportunities through field visits to construction sites, plumbing suppliers, builders, contractors, architects, engineers etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in sanitary ware industry).
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Tech Computers).
• Strong understanding of CPVC pipes, faucets, bathroom fixtures, water tanks, PVCS products.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
