Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Visit assigned markets/territories regularly to drive sales.
• Promote and effectively communicate FMCG products to customers and channel partners.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
• Manage orders, follow-ups and customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update daily sales activities.
• Work closely with distributors and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

• 13 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Field Sales / Territory Sales.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of the local market and territory.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Candidates from FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage or related industries will be preferred.
