Role & responsibilities

Deriving Sales from distributor as per assigned DRCP.

2. Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the territory on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets.

Assist distributors in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.

Ensure to adhere DRCP strictly as planned by TSM.

Mark attendance in system through DRCP on daily basis to validate the number of visits of Retailers, Distributors, Applicators of the assigned areas and territories.

Ensure to convert visit into productive calls.

Ensure to fulfill assigned outlets and distributors on daily basis to complete desired KIs.

Assist distributors in providing solution to his contractors as well as end consumers for any complaints or queries

Provide information of Vishwas App and ensure all distributors book order through Vishwas App only.

Ensure availability of material, services and promotional tools to the distributors through co-ordination with other stakeholders

Evaluate the branding potential at identified counters and subsequently providing of display board and panels to maximize visibility
