Role As a Sales Officer in Ludhiana, you will be the driving force behind our on-ground operations at Concept Promotions. You will take complete ownership of your territory, focusing on expanding our channel network, driving revenue growth, and establishing a dominant local market presence.
Responsibilities
- Execute robust primary and secondary sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly territory targets.
- Onboard, manage, and support local distributors to ensure smooth supply chain operations and optimized inventory levels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail outlets, wholesalers, and channel partners through regular field visits.
- Map the Ludhiana market to identify untapped business opportunities, new outlets, and areas to improve product visibility.
- Track local competitor activity, pricing strategies, and consumer trends to provide actionable market intelligence to leadership.
Expectations
- 1 to 2 years of proven hands-on experience in channel sales, specifically handling primary and secondary sales.
- Must be a current local resident of Ludhiana with a comprehensive understanding of the citys wholesale and retail topography.
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability in distributor handling, negotiation, and relationship management.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a readiness for daily, on-ground field travel.
- You should have a two wheeler for daily commute
