Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates for the Sales Officer – Home Loan position. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, lead generation and supporting the home-loan sales process. 12th-pass candidates are also eligible if they are comfortable with field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits and direct customer sourcing.
• Identify potential customers for Home Loan products.
• Meet customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Develop relationships with customers, builders, connectors and other lead sources.
• Follow up with leads and coordinate documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Candidate Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Maximum age 33 years.
• Field Sales experience preferred.
• Candidates willing to work in field sales can also apply.
• Home Loan experience will be preferred.
• Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates who can join within 10–15 days preferred.
