Job Summary
RF Solutions is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for our security and surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, preferably in CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Systems, Networking, or related electronic security products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, industries, builders, system integrators, dealers, and other potential customers.
• Identify and develop new leads through cold calling, client visits, references, networking, and market research.
• Promote and sell CCTV, Access Control Systems, Video Door Phones, Biometric Solutions, Networking Products, and other security solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate for post-sales support when required.
• Travel to client locations for meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Required Experience

• 1 - 8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, Networking, or Electronic Security Industry will be preferred.
• B2B sales experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates with proven experience in achieving sales targets will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and Security Solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Language Requirement

• English: Mandatory
• Hindi: Preferred
• Knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in the Electronic Security / CCTV / Surveillance industry will be preferred.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to independently handle client interactions and sales activities.
• Existing contacts with corporate clients, builders, industries, dealers, or system integrators will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to work towards achieving sales targets.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
