Sales Officer

Job Summary :

The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling industrial bearings and related products to distributors, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), industrial customers, and end users. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical support to customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, mining, steel, cement, power, and engineering.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Promote the company's bearing products and related solutions to customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Provide basic technical guidance on bearing selection, installation, and maintenance.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback and report market intelligence to management.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and visit reports in the CRM system.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, customer meets, and promotional events.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service and issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
