Sales Officer

The product is related to Software, Hardware, Embedded and complete Turn Key product development Sales. Target customers are Health Sector, Hospitals and Doctors.

• Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets.

• Source business from open market.

• Achieve profit targets.

• Maintain daily sales report.

• Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.

• Educate Enhance the awareness of the companys products.

• Ensuring highest levels of Customer Service delivery.

• Unique Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.

• Taking care of all process and related escalations.

• Identify target areas for prospective business

• Pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms.

• Ensure the number of log in along with disbursement

• Ensure high customer satisfaction level by proactively understanding customer needs and cross- sell multiple products as per the requirements

• Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest

• Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build strong brand identification with potential customers.

• Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.

• Develop strong distribution channels

Must Have:

• Great understanding of target Audience and Domain.

• Working on Prospects and generating leads.

• Handling customer questions, queries and complaints.

• Achieving monthly sales targets.
