- Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
- Plan monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets and ensure alignment with team and distributors
- Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions to address gaps
- Ensure accurate forecasting, billing discipline, and timely collections
- Manage distributor operations including appointment, performance monitoring, and ROI optimization
- Ensure optimal stock levels, fill rates, and timely order fulfilment across channels
- Drive efficiency in claims management, billing processes, and outstanding clearance
- Coordinate with CFAs and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability
- Lead, guide, and monitor ASOs/TSIs to ensure effective territory coverage and execution
- Design and drive adherence to journey plans and beat plans for the team
- Build team capability through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Drive discipline in reporting, productivity tracking, and execution standards
- Ensure strong in-store execution including merchandising, visibility, and promotional implementation
- Drive new product launches and ensure availability across key outlets
- Engage with key retailers and regional stakeholders to improve product placement and off-take
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
