Sales Officer Roles & Responsibilities (Pickles & Masalas Industry)

1. Achieve sales targets for pickles, masalas, and other food products in the assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets.
3. Identify new market opportunities and appoint new distributors/dealers to expand product reach.
4. Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional activities.
5. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends, and provide feedback to management.
6. Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and resolution of customer complaints.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory
