Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
• Increase product availability, distribution, and market penetration.
• Generate primary and secondary sales.
• Ensure regular market visits and retailer/distributor engagement.
• Implement sales schemes, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding amounts.

Location - Odisha - Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Rourkela ( Head Quarter )

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Experience: 26 years in FMCG sales.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, sales, and market operations.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
