Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities:

1) Sales Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.

2) Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

3) Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

4) Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

1) Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

2) Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior

3) Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
