Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in auto loans, personal loans, group sales, and used car loans.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and customer acquisition.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team on digital sales platforms and product knowledge.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in field sales or related industry (auto finance).
• Strong understanding of auto loans, personal loans, group sales, and used car loans products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
