Job Title: Sales Officer

Position Type: Off Roll (Ciel HR Payroll - 12 Months Renewable Contract)

Location: Gujarat, Bihar, Assam, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Odisha and West Bengal

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Education: Any Graduate

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in Refined Oil Sales & Marketing will be preferred. Candidates from the FMCG Sales & Marketing industry with relevant field-sales experience may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/distributor network.
• Promote and sell refined oil products in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Ensure proper product availability and market coverage.
• Coordinate with distributors and retailers for order generation and timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales volume, revenue, distribution, and customer acquisition targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
