Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, building relationships with existing clients and identifying potential customers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently generating leads, closing deals, and upselling/cross-selling relevant financial products.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., relationship managers) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in BFSI Sales or related fields such as Banking sales or Field Sales.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including Home loan loans, deposits accounts etc. .
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
