Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for field sales and secondary sales activities in the assigned territory.
• Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure product availability and market coverage in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in BBA / B.Com / BCA or any other discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or regional language.
• Should be self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Strong interest in building a career in Sales / Field Sales.
• Willingness to travel anywhere within the assigned region.
