Job Summary

Role: Developing new business for retail segment.

Objective:A sale officer for waterproofing typically focuses on promoting and selling waterproofing
products or services to potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and industries that require waterproofing solutions.
• Research and gather information about clients needs, and gather information about client needs, projects, and decision -makers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product information a specification.
• Experience in sales and marketing of Building Material Industry or related segments (similar target customer).
• Responsible for handling channel sales in the Assigned Territory.
• Managing Channel Sales Dealer, Project Sales.
• Presentation to, specifiers, Distributor, Retailer.
• Analytical skills for business development.
