Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.
  
• Conduct field visits to meet with farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in Agriculture Sales or Banking Sales (preferably).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective field work interactions with customers.
• Graduation is required.
