Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail agri channel sales, focusing on agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals.
  
• Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
  
• Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions for their requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in BFSI Sales or Agriculture Sales (preferably).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
• Graduation is required.
