Sales Officer Personal Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire customers for Personal Loans.
• Drive monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Source business through DSA, DST, direct sales and open-market activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility and documentation requirements to customers.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure proper documentation and quality sourcing.
• Maintain daily sales reports and track the sales pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Min 1 year of experience in Personal Loan / Retail Loan / Banking sales.
• Experience in field sales, DSA/DST or direct sourcing preferred.
