Route-to-Market (RTM) Understanding
Numeric & Weighted Distribution Experience
Market Execution & Outlet Expansion Exposure
PSR / Sales Team Management Experience
Customer & Distributor Relationship Management
Basic Excel, Outlook & Reporting Skills
Knowledge of Local Language (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive monthly secondary sales and revenue growth
• Increase outlet coverage and product availability
• Improve SKU penetration and weighted distribution
• Manage distributor performance and ROI
• Ensure visibility and market execution standards
• Coach and develop Sales Representatives (PSRs)
• Monitor stock availability and FIFO compliance
• Drive Joint Business Plans and distributor capability development
