Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Officer to join us. The candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing distributor and retailer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Description

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retail channels.
• Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and retailers.
• Expand the distribution network and increase market penetration.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and effective product placement.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain control over outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, sales forecasts, and business updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales, preferably in the stationery or related industry.
• Knowledge of distributor management, channel sales, and retail operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Good market knowledge and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
