Job Description

We are hiring experienced and result-oriented Sales Officers Modern Trade to manage and expand our business across Walmart / Best Price stores, leading national Modern Trade chains and regional retail chains.

Candidates currently working with FMCG food and beverage companies and having strong relationships with Modern Trade stores, buyers and category managers will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• Manage sales and business development across assigned Modern Trade stores.
• Generate regular orders and ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with store managers, buyers and category teams.
• Drive secondary sales, new product listings and in-store visibility.
• Monitor inventory, stock ageing, expiry, returns and competitor activities.
• Execute promotional schemes and merchandising activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Submit regular sales performance and stock reports.
• Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant FMCG sales experience.
• Existing relationships with store managers and category buyers.
• Experience in packaged food, sauces, condiments, pickles, spices or related FMCG categories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales execution skills.
• Preference for candidates already working in the respective locations.
