Sales Officer - LAP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify potential customers for mortgage products such as affordable LAP (Loan Against Property) sales.
• Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in mortgage sales or related field sales role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loans, including LAP loans.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
