Sales Officer (LAP - Product)

Role & responsibilities

Identify and acquire new Loan Against Property (LAP) clients through field visits, cold calling, direct sales teams (DST), and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). Meet potential borrowers to explain loan terms, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment structures. Promote ancillary financial products such as insurance, credit cards, or CASA accounts alongside the primary loan.

• Strong understanding of property valuation, mortgage legal norms, and local real estate markets.
• Ability to analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) for self-employed applicants.
• DSA/partner network management and negotiation skills.
• Good communication, target-driven sales orientation, and compliance awareness.
