Sales Officer - Institutional Sales + MT

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across Institutional Sales and Modern Trade channels.
• Develop and manage key accounts including HORECA, corporate, hospitals, schools, railway/catering, distributors and modern retail chains.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new institutional and MT customers.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with key accounts, including pricing, schemes, margins and commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop channel-wise sales plans and ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Finance and Customer Service for order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Monitor sales, collections, stock availability and customer-wise profitability.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare MIS, sales reports, forecasts and business reviews for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of experience in FMCG/Food/Beverage sales.
• Strong experience in Institutional Sales + Modern Trade.
• Existing relationships with institutional/key accounts and MT chains will be an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
