Sales Officer (Gold Loan)

Role & responsibilities

A Gold Loan Sales Officer is a field and branch-facing banking or financial services role focused on acquiring new customers, marketing gold loan products, and meeting monthly disbursement targets

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in direct sales, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), or field business development (freshers are frequently hired)

Log daily leads and field activities into the company's Lead Management System (LMS) and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR)

• Strong communication and local negotiation skills
• Ability to travel in the assigned local market (often requires a two-wheeler and a valid driving license)
• Basic knowledge of financial products and gold loan market trends
• Target-driven mindset and customer-centric approach
