Sales Officer/Executive/ Area Sales Manager.

Positions for SALES OFFICER/EXECUTIVE/ASM, available at multiple locations : Pune and Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in channel sales.
• Liaise with customers and resolve product/account-related issues.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage post-order activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure payment collections as per agreed terms.
• Track infrastructure projects and maintain a territory database.
• Monitor competitors activities.
• Conduct retailer/dealer meetings, site visits, and product demos.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum 3-7 years of retail sales experience in Construction Chemicals / Waterproofing / Building Materials.
• Experience in channel sales, dealer management, and territory sales.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing products, cementitious, PU, acrylic, and bituminous coatings is preferred.
• Ability to analyze business potential, track competitors, and identify new market opportunities.
• Skilled in presentations and product demonstrations to distributors, retailers, and specifiers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
