Responsibilities:-
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell the bank's financial products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, credit, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
