Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
- Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking products tailored to customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
