Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales of construction equipment through direct customers and DSA channel, while ensuring strong customer handling and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell construction equipment and generate business through customers & DSAs
• Identify, onboard, and manage DSA partners
• Handle customer requirements, queries, and provide end-to-end support
• Achieve sales/disbursement targets
• Coordinate for loan processing, documentation, and delivery
• Ensure timely collections and maintain portfolio quality

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA/Diploma preferred)
• 15 years of relevant experience
• DSA/channel handling experience preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willing to travel
