Sales Officer - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Volume achievement:

• Initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase sales in accordance with the companies policies & strategies.

Merchandising & Market intelligence:

• Ensure the display of new samples and convey the prices to new distributors & retailers.
• Ensure visibility of product placed at retailer counters.
• Inform competitors activities to the management immediately.
• Collect and convey market feedback about products to sales manager.

Liaisoning:

• Liaison with branch logistics & head office logistics to ensure an adequate stock.

Self-Development:

• Aiming towards fulfilling the best norms of the identified competencies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation.
• MBA Preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in hardcore sales in FMCG or similar industry.
