Sales Mis Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to support the Sales team through data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboard management. The role will be responsible for sales performance tracking, MIS automation, dashboard creation, and delivering actionable business insights to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sales MIS reports.
• Develop and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Track key sales KPIs including Revenue, Volume, Target Achievement, Productivity, and Channel Performance.
• Analyze sales trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Consolidate and validate data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams for reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of management reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Power Query).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
