A. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach Identify and generate prospective leads through market research, online platforms, and customer databases. Conduct customer outreach activities to create awareness about the company's products and services. Make a minimum of 1520 cold calls per day to prospective customers and business partners. Schedule meetings and follow up with potential customers under the guidance of the reporting manager. Maintain lead databases and submit daily lead generation reports B. Product & Technical Training Comprehensive product knowledge training Product applications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Understanding of nephrology products, dialysis market, and healthcare ecosystem. Customer segments and market positioning. C.Hospital Mapping & Business Development Support Carry out cluster-based market mapping of hospitals and healthcare institutions. Prepare and maintain a database of: a) Chain Hospitals b) Individual Hospitals c) Dialysis centers c) Key Decision Makers and Contact Details Assist in identifying potential business opportunities within mapped territories. D. Digital Marketing Support Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content. E. Reporting Prepare daily activity reports covering: Leads generated - potential, single use or multi use Customer interactions Hospital mapping status Market research findings Follow-up actions and next steps Submit periodic reports and presentations as required by the reporting manager. The Intern shall submit a Daily Activity Report (DAR) to the Reporting Manager at the end of each working day, detailing the activities performed, progress made, and plans for the following day chain hospital reports - eg apollo, max, Aster etc. Role & responsibilities
