Job Description (Role & Responsibilities):

Role Purpose: Main purpose is to achieve Sales targets. Develop new customers & dealers. Maintain relationship with existing clients. Promote paint product & brand awareness. Understand market demand & competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales responsibilities :

• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, retailers
• Generate new leads & customers
• Explain product features, quality & pricing
• Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
• Collect customer feedback & payment follow-ups

Marketing Responsibilities :

• Conduct promotional campaigns & product demonstrations
• Arrange painters / dealers’ meet and site visit.
• Study market trends & competitor products
• ,Support advertising & branding activities
• Promote new paint products & offers

Customer relationship Management :

• Build long term relationship with dealers & contractors
• Resolve customer complains & service issues
• Provide technical guidance on paint application when needed.

Skills

Essential

• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of paint products with related specification standards
• Sales & persuasion ability
• Market analysis & customer handling
• Basic computer & reporting skill

Desirable

• Supply-apply contract execution
