Sales & Marketing Representative Pavers / Precast Concrete

Role & responsibilities

• We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to grow Inventaas Pavers Division by developing new customers, dealers and project opportunities.

• Generate new leads through field visits, networking and market research.
  
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, developers, dealers and infrastructure companies.
  
• Identify and follow up on residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
  
• Promote Inventaas range of concrete pavers and generate enquiries/orders.
  
• Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
  
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
  
• Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.
  
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  
• Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, enquiries, quotations and sales.
  
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14 years of experience in building materials, construction, precast, tiles, cement or related industries.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Comfortable with field sales and travel.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
  
• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
  
• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.
