About The Role

We are looking for energetic Sales & Marketing professionals to join our on-field team. The role involves visiting schools, building relationships with key decision-makers, promoting educational products and services, and driving sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular on-field visits to schools within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell school products, EdTech solutions, learning materials, and educational services.
• Identify potential schools, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management, teachers, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with schools.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports, visit records, and lead updates.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
• Travel regularly for school visits and business meetings.
  
  

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Graduate in any discipline; candidates from Sales, Marketing, Education, or related fields are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Education, EdTech, School Products, Learning Materials, or Educational Services will be preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to work towards targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly for school field visits.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
• A two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred depending on the territory.
