Role Description: Sales & Marketing Manager (Healthcare IT)

• Engagement & Location: Full-time, Hybrid (Pune | Flexible WFH)
• Core Mission: Drive business growth, client acquisition, and market presence for Olyphaunt's healthcare digital transformation and IT advisory services across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach & Tie-ups: Lead on-ground outreach to secure hospital, clinic, and health-tech partnerships.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Plan and execute targeted campaigns, manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Nurture C-suite and administrative relationships with healthcare leadership, coordinating closely with delivery teams to match client requirements.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track healthcare tech trends, prepare sales forecasts, evaluate campaign ROI, and report progress directly to executive leadership.
• Brand & Industry Representation: Represent Olyphaunt at healthcare expos, industry events, and strategic forums to strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills in IT or healthcare services, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and use insights to inform sales and marketing decisions and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels in healthcare organizations.
• Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or account management role, preferably in healthcare IT, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model, managing priorities across onsite client interactions in Pune and remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., NABH, ABDM) or willingness to quickly learn and apply them in sales and marketing contexts.

Compensation: Fixed (10k-30k) + Attractive Performance Variables.
