About this role
Saunjdya is seeking a professional to build and manage a network of 100 active Agents in Dehradun. Your focus will be on building the Agent network, rather than enrolling customers directly.
The initial phase will involve field interaction and onboarding of Agents. Once 100 Agents are added, the role will primarily be work from home, focusing on monitoring the performance of Agents on a monthly basis and ensuring continued growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and onboard suitable Agents across Dehradun.
Review each Agent's performance and member registrations every month.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve operational issues.
ELIGIBILITY
Dehradun resident, aged 2540, with good knowledge of local areas.
Graduate with strong communication and people management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Experience in sales, marketing, business development or team management preferred.
EARNING POTENTIAL
50,0002,00,000+ per month, based entirely on commission and performance.
