Sales & Marketing Manager (South India)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Telangana. The role involves promoting and selling our complete range of industrial surface treatment solutions, including shot blasting machines, blast rooms, paint booths, and thermal spray systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with industrial clients, dealers, and distributors.
• Promote the complete product portfolio and provide suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regional sales performance.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, surface treatment, shot blasting, painting systems, or thermal spray equipment.
• Ability to develop new markets and independently manage a regional territory.
• Strong business development and target-achievement orientation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned South Indian states.
