Sales & Marketing - Latin America

Job Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and expand business across Latin America, including Spanish-speaking markets and Brazil. The role involves building B2B partnerships, generating international business, promoting India and the Indian Subcontinent as travel destinations, and achieving sales targets.

The position is based at the company's headquarters in Gurugram, India, with mandatory international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales and revenue targets across Latin America.
• Identify and build relationships with international tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and specialist travel companies.
• Manage existing partners, strengthen business relationships and generate repeat business.
• Promote India and the Indian Subcontinent through market-specific campaigns, presentations, webinars and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with Tours, Operations, Contracting and Marketing teams to develop suitable itineraries, products and travel experiences.
• Represent the company at international travel trade fairs, workshops, sales missions and market visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer preferences.
• Maintain client databases, track enquiries and conversions, and submit regular sales reports and MIS.
• Ensure effective coordination with internal teams for smooth delivery of client commitments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in international travel trade sales, tourism or business development.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is mandatory, including speaking, reading, writing and independent business communication.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong B2B sales, business development and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of the Latin American travel market.
• Willingness to undertake regular international business travel.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital communication, presentations, webinars and modern sales technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience promoting India or the Indian Subcontinent as a travel destination.
• Existing relationships with Latin American tour operators and travel agencies.
• Knowledge of both Spanish and Portuguese.
• Exposure to long-haul, cultural, experiential or luxury travel.
