• Handle Primary & Secondary Sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
• Generate new business and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain customer relationships.
• Follow up on orders, collections, and outstanding payments.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with strong sales skills.
• Experience in Tiles, Bathware, Ceramic, Sanitaryware or Building Materials preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
