The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the local Nagpur market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Local resident of Nagpur.
• Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, infrastructure, energy, construction, or related sectors will be an advantage.
