LumberLinq is a timber technology platform by RIK Exim Private Limited. It helps sawmills, timber importers, exporters and traders run their whole business in one app: tally sheets, stock, mill jobs, consignments, payments and reports, on mobile and web.

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to bring new timber businesses on to LumberLinq and to grow our brand. You will find leads, show the product in short demos, follow up, and help new customers get started. You will work directly with the founders and see your results quickly.

What you will do

- Find and contact timber traders, sawmills, importers and exporters by phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.

- Give online or in-person demos of LumberLinq and explain its value in simple words.

- Keep every lead and follow-up in our CRM, and reach your monthly targets.

- Help new customers with sign-up and first-week onboarding.

- Create posts, short videos and case studies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp.

- Attend timber and trade events, and run small email and WhatsApp campaigns.

- Share customer feedback with our product team.

What we are looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or digital marketing (freshers with strong communication are welcome).

- Good spoken and written English and Hindi. Gujarati or another Indian language is a plus.

- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach.

- Basic understanding of social media and content.

- Experience in timber, wood, plywood, logistics, export or SaaS is a strong plus.

- Honest, organised, and happy to learn the timber trade.
