Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government (Animal Husbandry/allied departments) and private sector (e-commerce, retail, logistics) clients
• Manage the full sales cycle lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and channel partners
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documentation as needed
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
• Coordinate with production/operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Report on sales pipeline, targets, and marketing ROI to leadership

Preferred candidate profile

• 45 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or government-facing sales
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with tender/government procurement processes is a plus
• Working knowledge of digital marketing (LinkedIn, email campaigns, basic content strategy) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM tool experience is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
