Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, driving jewellery sales, developing new business opportunities, and supporting marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Showcase jewellery collections and explain designs, features, and pricing.
- Provide clear information about gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and support follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Diploma.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
- Jewellery showroom experience will be an added advantage.
