Sales & Marketing Coordinator

1. Order & Dispatch Management

2. Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the field Sales & Marketing Executives, assisting them with daily schedules, client queries, and operational support.

3. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales figures, client interactions, and marketing campaigns. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

4. Marketing Support: Assist in organizing promotional materials for gas appliances and new cylinder launches. Coordinate local marketing activities and distributor campaigns.

5. Administration: Maintain customer contracts, distributor agreements, and internal sales databases to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Job Location : Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role. Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial gas, or appliances sector is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for MIS reporting) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
