Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities for Jabra audio and communication solutions across assigned territories and segments. Responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, building strong relationships with partners and customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support. The role involves preparing sales forecasts and reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and contributing to pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies. The Sales Manager will also ensure a high standard of customer experience by supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities and promoting Jabra Connect’s commitment to voice quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in telecom, audio, IT, or UC/CC solutions.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Competence in negotiating contracts, handling commercial discussions, and closing complex deals.
- Comfortable delivering product presentations, demos, and training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Good analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office productivity software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required to meet customers and partners.
