Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Manager role responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. The Sales Manager will identify and qualify prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions that address clients’ eCommerce shipping needs. They will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff. The role includes building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and reporting on key performance metrics. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from the market, and support long-term customer retention and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building, ideally within SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce solutions.
- Experience with sales pipeline management, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven forecasting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Ability to analyze customer workflows and logistics challenges to recommend effective ParcelGuru solutions.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment, managing time effectively, and collaborating across distributed teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, shipping carriers, and AI-driven or automation-based products is a plus.
