Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving partner acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and onboarding premium salons, spas, and derma clinics in the city. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves building and managing a sales pipeline, conducting meetings and negotiations with business owners, and presenting Luzo’s value proposition and product offerings. The Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze local market trends, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize partner success. This role also includes maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring partner satisfaction, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in marketplaces, SaaS, hospitality, beauty, or wellness.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals with small and medium businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in conducting in-person meetings and pitches.
- Ability to analyze market data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to improve sales outcomes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership of targets and outcome-focused execution.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset to support and retain partners over the long term.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the beauty and wellness ecosystem in Mumbai and willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.
